What can I return or exchange?
- Unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
- Products damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect items received in your order.
What isn't eligible?
- Opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Contact Page or email admin@lilyera.com. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return cost.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Funds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If the replacement product is available, we can process an exchange. If it is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
